Leadership Conference on ways for boards of trustees
to build stronger trust and confidence among their
key stakeholders and constituents. The program will
explore ways boards of trustees can provide the
accountable, trustful leadership required to strengthen
confidence in and loyalty to the hospital.

The Washington State Hospital Association has engaged
The Walker Company to present a program on the board's
role in quality and patient safety at its 72nd Annual
Meeting. The program will focus on ways for boards
of trustees to ensure that their hospitals excel
in defining, delivering, measuring, reporting and
improving quality and patient safety.
