Non-Management Positions

Accountant, Staff
Establishes and maintains complex ledger accounts used for developing financial statements and reports. Prepares monthly financial statements and operating reports for distribution to management.

Accounting Clerk
Performs a variety of clerical duties relating to the accounting function. This is an intermediate level position often responsible for a specific area such as accounts receivable or accounts payable.

Accredited Records Technician (ART)
Performs a variety of duties such as chart analysis, abstracting and coding as assigned in compliance with the international coding system.

Admitting Clerk
Interviews patients, arranges for admission to hospital, obtains and records pertinent identifying insurance information. May determine method of payment.

Admitting Supervisor
Supervises the inpatient/outpatient admissions process to ensure timely, efficient admitting and accurate complete admissions information.

Anesthesia Aide/Technician
Prepares, sets up and maintains anesthesia equipment. Maintains and stocks anesthesia instruments and supplies. May perform analysis of patient blood samples.

Audiologist
Administers a variety of tests to determine patient's hearing level. Plans, directs, conducts and participates in rehabilitative programs including counseling, guidance, auditory training, lip reading and speech conversation.

Bio-Med Technician
Maintains, repairs, inspects, and installs mechanical, electro-mechanical, general medical and diagnostic treatment apparatus. May specialize in a particular type of equipment.

TopCancer Register
Collects, compiles and maintains statistical data on all cancer patients. Analyzes and disseminates data appropriately.

Cardiovascular Technologist
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive diagnostic and therapeutic angiography procedures. Scrubs in for handling guide wires, catheters, administering contrast injections, and flushing catheters. Monitors and records patients' physiological functions.

Case Manager/Care Manager
Organizes and assists in the process of identification, prevention, screening, assessment, care coordination, and case management across the continuum of health care. Typically requires a RN license or masters in social work.

Central Supply/Sterile Technician
Receives and processes incoming supplies and equipment. Performs cleaning and sterilizing duties. Prepares packs of supplies, linens and instruments in central supply/services as directed.

Centralized Scheduling Clerk
Schedules surgical cases and ancillary department appointments. Provides information to physicians' offices and patients regarding preparations for tests.

Certified Nursing Midwife
Provides antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care to uncomplicated OB patients, delivers babies, performs gynecological patient exams, and provides patient education.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Assists professional nursing personnel by performing simple treatment and related bedside patient care using skill and knowledge in basic nursing procedures and techniques.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Under the supervision of a staff occupational therapist, administers specified evaluations, conducts general activity programs and assists in implementing specific treatment programs for individual patient groups.

Chaplain
Provides spiritual and emotional support and guidance to patients, their families, guests, volunteers, employees and physicians.

Chemical Dependency Counselor
Conducts intake interviews, group and individual therapy sessions for patients with chemical dependency disorders and their families. Participates in development of program and educational materials. Coordinates patient treatment with physician, inpatient treatment facilities, and community agencies.

Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality nursing care to clinic patients in accordance with individual needs, physician orders, and standards of nursing care as represented through patient care policies.

Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)
Assists physicians in delivering health care to patients. May make physical assessment of patient's conditions, triages patient phone calls, counsels patients, provides patient education, takes patient's histories, administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds and monitors patient's vital signs.

Clinic Pre-Authorization/Referral Specialist
Manages referral and prior authorization process. Responsibilities include receiving referrals and prior authorizations, verifying eligibility and/or benefits, and entering pending status and approval referral authorization number into system. Uses established guidelines to determine whether a procedure is covered by a health plan and to determine if diagnosis requires nurse review.

Clinical Nurse Specialist
Provides leadership within clinical area of expertise to administration, nursing staff, physicians, patients and families through practice, consultation, education and research. Typically requires previous nursing experience in specialized area and masters degree in nursing.

Coder, Certified
Provides coding for inpatient and/or outpatient medical records with the ICD9-CM and CPT4 classification systems to ensure accurate, complete and consistent coding for quality data.

Collection Clerk
Reviews accounts on a scheduled basis and performs established collection procedures. Maintains file on delinquent accounts and arranges payment schedules as necessary.

Collections Supervisor
Assists with the daily supervision of the patient accounting staff and functions. Implements and enforces department workflow assignments and productivity standards.

Community Health Educator
Conducts and coordinates specific health education programs for the community and staff as required. Develops and compiles program materials.

Computerized Tomography Technology (CT Tech)
Performs diagnostic CT examinations for use in diagnosis of patient conditions by physician.

Cytotechnologist
Stains, mounts and examines all specimens to identify nature and extent of disease or cellular abnormalities. Interprets test results and refers to physician for diagnosis.

TopDiabetes Educator
Responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed diabetes management education for patients with diabetes and their families.

Dialysis Technician
Initiates, monitors and terminates dialysis treatments under registered nurse (RN) dialysis team. Primary responsibilities include collaboration with RN to deliver prescribed dialysis to patient, monitoring and care for patients during dialysis treatment and reporting any unusual findings to RN.

Dietary Aide
Performs diversified duties in the kitchen and tray line, e.g., maintain diet records, check trays for accuracy, and tally food requirements on worksheets for cooks and other similar tasks.

Dietary Supervisor
Directs and supervises staff and daily activities within food service. Implements established policies and procedures.

Dietary Technician
Provides nutritional assessments and support of patients' intake needs under the direction of a dietitian. Provides education on basic nutrition to patients and nursing staff.

Dietician, Staff
Develops therapeutic diets and provides counseling following a physician prescription for patients. May oversee menu, food, and tray preparation to ensure quality.

Discharge Planner
Coordinates plans and orders for patients leaving the hospital if further care through other services is required. Assists patients and their families with social, emotional and environmental difficulties related to the patient's illness.

Durable Equipment (DME) Technician
Delivers, services, instructs, maintains, repairs, and retrieves and cleans nebulizer equipment; performs oxygen follow-up telephone calls or visits patients requiring additional training on oxygen equipment; makes other deliveries of durable medical equipment as necessary. Assesses the environment where equipment is being used to determine safety and the correct use in accordance with the physician prescription.

TopEAP Counselor
Acts as a resource for employees and clients in offering confidential help, solving problems that affect personnel well being or work performance. Includes assessments, referrals and follow-up.

Echocardiography Technologist
Performs echocardiography of the heart to identify abnormalities and pathology in both adult and pediatric patients.

Electrocardiographic Technician (EKG Tech)
Records electromotive variations in the action of heart muscle using electrocardiograph equipment to provide data for diagnosis of heart ailments.

Electroencephalographic Technician (EEG Tech)
Attaches electrical monitoring equipment to patients to record electrical impulse potential within the brain. Data recorded is used by physicians to aid in diagnosis of brain disorders.

Emergency Room Technician
Assistant to the emergency room R.N. and physician in the care of emergency patients. Generally maintains either a CNA license and/or certification as an EMT (emergency medial technician).

Endoscopy Technician
Provides direct patient care and technical support services during endoscopic procedures, including coordination, set-up and turnover of the procedures rooms and assisting the physician during procedures.

Engineer
Services and repairs a variety of electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment used within the hospital and/or performs preventative maintenance programs.

Enterstomal Therapist (RN)
Responsible for managing a caseload of inpatients and outpatients, wound ostomy, and/or skin wound management's needs or referral from MDs, nurses or other health team members.

TopFinancial Analyst
Collects and prepares cost data. Analyzes fiscal accounting and related systems, regulatory submissions, fiscal presentations for budget and reimbursement and financial feasibility studies as directed.

Food Services Worker
Performs a variety of tasks oriented toward preparation and serving of food and maintenance of cleanliness in kitchen and cafeteria. May act as cafeteria cashier.

Foundation Development Specialist
Responsible for fund raising, events management, outreach coordination and constituency communications on behalf of designated programs and projects of affiliated operating units and their respective communities.

Histology Technician
Cuts, mounts and prepares specimens of human tissue to provide data on functioning of tissues and organs, causes or progress of disease. May assist pathologist in autopsies.

Home Health Aide
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist, provides limiting nursing care and therapy services to patients in their own homes.

Home Health Hospice Coordinator
Supervises home health/hospice staff; regularly functions as direct service provider and assists clinical staff with assessment of patients; supervises staff, including recommending for hire, performance evaluations. Oversees day-to-day clinical operations.

Home Health Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA)
Performs para-professional therapy duties to patients in their home under the direction of a physical therapist for the care and the treatment of patients having physical disorders.

Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Upon physician referral, selects, performs and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients in their home.

Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)
Treats patients in their home with disabilities, disorders and injuries to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function by the use of exercise, message, heat/cold, air, light, water, electricity or sound, as prescribed by a physician.

Home Health R.N.
Provides care to patients in their homes under the direction of the physician. Evaluates safety concerns and coordinates home health care services.

Home Health Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Evaluates, treats and provides rehabilitation and counseling for patients in their home with speech and language problems to restore or improve communicative efficiency.

Housekeeper/Environmental Service Worker
Cleans and sanitizes rooms and furnishing in assigned work area.

Housekeeper Supervisor
Supervises, schedules, and trains housekeeping personnel. Under the general supervision of the director of housekeeping.

Human Resources Assistant
Serves as a specialized assistant in one or more of the following areas: employment interviewing, benefits, compensation, or policy and procedure drafting.

Human Resources Generalist
Performs a variety of functions, including recruitment, employee relations, counseling and compensation for specific areas of the hospital. May advise and assist management staff in the application and interpretation of personnel policies, legal and union contract compliance, transfers and terminations.

Infection Control Practitioner/Epidemiologist
Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and reports data on infections and their control within the hospital environment. Drafts policies on infection control and isolation techniques. Acts as a resource for in-service and general communication on infection control.

Information Services Database Analyst
Assists in the analysis, design, testing, documentation and ongoing support of an information system. May be expert on a specific system.

Information Services Network Administrator
Serves as the lead support and management for the Information Services (I.S.) department in the integration of client personal computers, printers, and network devices and systems applications within the local area network.

Information Services Network Support
Is responsible for the configuration, installation, and ongoing support for all networked computer systems, their software and operating systems, and general network administration. Provides backup support to the local area network (LAN) administrator and telecommunications coordinator. Provides educational training support in personal computer operation and applications.

Information Services PC Support
Is responsible for the configuration, installation, and ongoing support for all personal computers in accordance with the standard configuration and service definitions. Provides "first line of support" for users as well as training in personal computer operations and applications.

Information Services Project Manager
Manages the resources for planning and maintaining all clinical applications. Responsible for the development of an implementation strategy, successful planning, execution and user acceptance of all patient clinical application projects. Cultivates a customer-focused methodology while collaborating closely with other information services (IS) management, staff and customers to provide for optimum functions of all applications. Provides input and assists with the I.S. division budget and strategic planning.

Information Services Telecommunications Coordinator
Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the telephone system network. Regularly functions as direct service provider and technical expert in telecommunications matters. Assists in managing voice service vendors. Acts as the key contact person for off-hour emergencies.

Top Laboratory Assistant
Performs non-technical and semi-technical duties in support of technical or professional laboratory staff. Duties may include staining slides, data entry, providing telephone results to physicians and nursing staff; receiving, sorting, and distributing specimens; media quality control, inventory and ordering, cover slipping, centrifuging, preparing reagents.

Laboratory Section Supervisor
Supervises the activities of professional, technical and support staff performing tests; analyses in one or more of the following specialties: hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, cytology, or blood banking.

Lactation Specialist
Provides assessment, assistance, and support of infant nutrition, particularly breastfeeding, to infants, adult and adolescent mothers, and families. Provides education to staff and physicians, as well as to the community.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provides professional nursing care under the supervision of an R.N. for assigned patients. Administers medications and performs treatments as prescribed.

TopMagnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI Tech)
Operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Produces and reviews images to assure high quality of results for the primary physician requesting the studies.

Maintenance Worker
Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and area as directed.

Mammography Technologist, Registered
Performs screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures and QA/QC per FDA and ACR. May perform routine radiologic diagnostic procedures for use in diagnosis of patient conditions by physicians.

Medical Assistant
In the clinic setting, assists physicians with materials, instruments and equipment during exams and treatment of patients. Prepares rooms, sterilizes and cleans instruments, maintains inventory of supplies, takes vital signs, completes paperwork for lab and x-ray. Specific tasks may also include ordering medications, diagnostic lab tests, radiology and special procedures, EKGs, consultations, therapies, diet orders, scans, IVs, etc. Responsible for entering all patient movement data into computer system for admitting, discharging and transferring patients. Enters vital information directly relating to continuity of patient care.

Medical Dosimetrist
Involved in a radiation therapy planning team; understands the general characteristics of radiation therapy machines, equipment and their clinical relevance; has knowledge of radioactive sources commonly employed in brachy therapy procedures; has the training and expertise necessary to generate radiation dose distributions and calculations.

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Performs routine testing of biological samples and report results to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patient illnesses.

Medical Librarian
Collaborates with hospital education department and continuing medical education in strategic planning, goal setting, and implementation. Maintains medical library holdings, and evaluates and recommends new acquisitions. Participates in interlibrary loans to provide materials to users.

Medical Records Clerk
Retrieves and files patient's records, and checks records for completeness and proper format. Photocopies records for release of information and retrieves information for phone request.

Medical Staff Coordinator, Certified
Responsible for coordinating all medical staff activities and acts as liaison between the medical staff, nursing staff and administration within the parameters established by the manager and officers of the medical staff.

Medical Technologist
Performs chemical, microscopic and bacteriological tests to provide data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Mental Health Therapist
Provides initial evaluation, crisis intervention, individual and group consultation and therapy to treat mental health problems. Consults with physicians and other providers to obtain client information and coordinate treatment.

Monitor Technician
Observes EKG monitors on a constant basis on an ICU/CCU or telemetry unit. Documents and reports any change in monitor rhythms.

TopNuclear Medicine Technologist
Performs procedures in the clinical nuclear medicine laboratory to include radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration, scanning and in vitro studies.

Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
In concert with physician, administers IV, epidural, spinal, and other anesthetics. Monitors patient's conditions taking appropriate action as necessary. Records preoperative, operative, and postoperative conditions.

Nurse Practitioner-Licensed (NP)
Responsible for advanced level of nursing evaluation, clinical assessment, prescribing and monitoring medications and follow-up care for patient. Includes patient and family teaching. Includes specialized work in pediatrics, geriatrics, etc.

Nurse, Registered (RN)
Responsible for, and participates in, nursing care of assigned patients. Assesses patient’s needs, develops individual nursing care plans, performs patient education, and communicates with charge nurse or nurse manager regarding status of assigned patients.

Nursing Instructor
Works with new nursing personnel during orientation to familiarize them with hospital policies and procedures. Instructs current nursing personnel in the classroom and in clinical settings; assesses skill levels and educational needs, and tailors programs accordingly. Assists with design of staff development program.

Nursing Staff Coordinator
Coordinates hour-to-hour staffing needs, educational time and vacation requests. Responsible for statistical data. Does not include physician staffing. Typically non-RN.

Occupational Health R.N.
Provides requested services to businesses relating to on-site nursing, claims management, modified/return to work, job safety analysis. Provides CPR/first aid training.

Occupational Therapist
Selects, performs and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients, upon physician's referral.

Operating Room Assistant
Assists in the operating room by cleaning and preparing operating rooms, retrieving equipment, stocking supplies and performing errands. Provide basic care services under the direct supervision of the nurse manager or registered nurse.

TopPatient Account Representative/Biller
Verifies hospital insurance coverage for patient's hospital stay. Prepares insurance assignment forms and computes hospital bill. Answers questions regarding statements and insurance coverage.

Patient Financial Counselor
Verifies eligibility and benefits for all inpatients admitted daily, outpatient surgeries, high balance procedures, high balance emergency room patients, elective inpatient and outpatient surgeries and OB patients. Obtains or initiates authorizations. Works with patient or guar antor to set up payment arrangements.

Patient Services Assistant
Reports to RN on the unit. Assists with patient care support, passing meal trays, patient transport, and housekeeping duties in patient rooms.

Payroll Specialist
Primarily responsible for handling all of the payroll duties and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing. In addition to preparation of payrolls, specific responsibilities include funding, preparing reports for all payroll-related liabilities (withholding taxes, garnishments, insurance premiums) and reconciling these accounts. Works independently within broad general guidelines and assists with other various accounting duties in addition to payroll functions.

Pharmacist, Staff
Compounds and dispenses medications according to established procedures, law and regulations. May instruct medical personnel and patients on matters pertaining to medications.

Pharmacy Clerk
Assists pharmacists in the retail pharmacies by: billing and filing, assisting customers, pricing, stocking and other clerical duties.

Pharmacy Intern
Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, performs duties associated with the practice of pharmacy as prescribed by state and federal statutes.

Pharmacy Technician
Under the direction of a licensed pharmacist, performs supportive clerical and technical tasks in a pharmacy, possibly using a unit dose drug distribution system or IV admixture service. May also clean equipment and work areas in a pharmacy.

Phlebotomist
Draws blood specimens. Assures proper identification and handling of specimens for analysis.

Physical Therapist
Treats patients with disabilities, disorders and injuries to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function by the use of exercise, massage, heat/cold, air, light, water, electricity or sound, as prescribed by a physician.

Physical Therapy Aide
Assists in routine physical therapy activities for the care and treatment of patients having physical disabilities. Maintains department and equipment in an orderly condition. May transport patients.

Physical Therapy Assistant (Licensed)
Performs para-professional therapy duties under the direction of a physical therapist for the care and treatment of patients having physical disorders.

Physician Assistant (PA)
Provides health care services under physician supervision, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, providing preventive care counseling, and assisting in surgery,. May also include writing prescriptions.

Physicist
Performs all aspects of job description in all radiation modalities inclusive of radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging and the radiation safety committee. Provides radiation treatment and services for all ages.

Polysom Tech
Performs diagnostic tests to determine origin of sleep related disorders. Responsible for connecting patients to monitoring devices and sensors (such as EEG electrodes, respiratory movement sensors) for the purpose of collecting sleep disorder data. Tabulates and interprets data. Typically requires one year training as a polysomnographic technician.

TopQuality Management Assistant
Coordinates the data collection, computer entry and report generation. Additionally, performs clerical functions.

TopRadiation Therapy Technician
Administers the technical aspects of applying ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and instructions: includes calculating and checking dosages, performs simulation, reassuring and positioning patients, and delivering radiation therapy.

Radiologic Technologist, Registered
Performs routine radiologic diagnostic procedures for use in diagnosis of patient conditions by physicians.

Radiology Supervisor, Registered
Under supervision of the Radiology Manager, coordinates patient flow in radiology services. Provides staff development and education. Responsible for staff management and has basic supervisory responsibilities. Provides input and assistance on operational and capital budgets. Performs routine radiographic procedures.

Respiratory Therapist
Administers a variety of treatments to patients, most of which require operating of respiratory equipment such as humidifiers, aerosol units, ventilators, pulmonary function equipment and blood gas analyzers, as ordered by a physician. Performs resuscitative measures using monitors, defibrillators, hand resuscitators and mechanical respirators.

TopSecurity Officer
Provides security for patients, employees and visitors; protect hospital buildings, assets and premises as assigned.

Social Worker, MSW
Handles advanced and comprehensive caseload assignments such as placement of patients to appropriate facilities. Analyzes, interprets social problems; counsels and aids children, adults and families. Requires a master's degree in social work (MSW).

Special Procedures Technologist (Angiography Tech)
Operates angiography equipment and provides medical assistance to physicians in the performance of angiographic examinations. Assures equipment is operational, maintains operating procedures and technique charts.

Speech/Language Pathologist
Evaluates, treats and provides rehabilitation and counseling for those with speech and language problems to restore or improve communicative efficiency.

Surgical Technologist (OR Technician)
Assists physicians and registered nurses during the operative procedure by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments and equipment.

TopTranscriptionist, Medical
Transcribes dictated medical material including histories, physicals, discharge summaries, consultation notes, etc.

Transporter
Performs activities related to the transportation of patients, as directed.

TopUltrasound Technologist
Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures for use in diagnosis of patient conditions by physician.

Utilization Review Coordinator
Reviews medical records to determine appropriateness and medical necessity of admissions, continued hospital stay and use of ancillary services.

TopVascular Technologist
Sets up, directs, and performs non-invasive diagnostic procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation to all venous, arterial, cardiology and poly tome studies.

Management Positions

Accounting Manager
Manages the accounting functions within the hospital fiscal department. Responsible for maintenance of general accounting systems, preparation of financial statements, supervision of staff. May be responsible for budget, rates, and reimbursement. Typically reports to controller.

Admitting Director/Manager
Directs and coordinates the admitting function. Develops and implements related policies and procedures; prepares related reports and may directly supervise admitting personnel. Includes bed control function.

Anesthesia Manager
Directs and coordinates anesthesia care. Communicates with management, patients, physicians and all employees as well as the public. Operates the department budget. Establishes goals and objectives for the department and communicates them to employees.

TopBusiness Office Manager
Plans and directs business office activities, including budget planning and monitoring. Typical activities include posting patient accounts, billing, arranging credit, and coordinating third-party payers. Admitting functions may also be included.

TopCancer Treatment Center, Department Head
Directs the staff of the cancer treatment center in providing radiation and medical oncology services for individuals of all ages. Responsible for budget preparation and monitoring. Hires, directs, and evaluates staff.

Chemical Dependency Director
Directs delivery of services for all program activities, present and future, within the behavioral health services division. This includes planning, development, implementation and coordination of program components as well as policy, procedure and budget considerations.

Clinic Manager
Directs operations of all departments, programs and services of a medical clinic. Develops and implements policies and procedures, supervises staff. May be responsible for multiple clinics.

Clinic Office Manager (Billing)
Responsible for management of accounts receivable. Also responsible for implementation of changes regarding fees, diagnosis, and insurance contracts. Responsible for receptionist duties with possibility of additional management duties being assigned.

Community Relations Director/Manager
Coordinates community relations activities, which promote public recognition and enhanced hospital image. Identifies community groups in which the hospital should be represented and recommends individuals for membership. Coordinates special events such as health fairs, open houses and facility dedications.

TopEmployee Health Nurse/Coordinator (Internal)
Coordinates the hospital's employee health (post offer screening and health assessments), wellness and workers' compensation programs. Provides follow-up services for employees exposed to communicable diseases. Coordinates drug or alcohol testing of employees within the hospital. Provides employees with counseling and crisis intervention referral services to EAP. Screens employees for fitness for duty and return to work. Develops department's policies and manages the department's budget.

TopFinance Director/Controller
Manages the hospital's financial affairs. Directs and supervises the functions and activities of the business, accounting and payroll departments.

Food Services Director/Manager
Plans and directs activities of the food service area, including budget planning and monitoring. Includes inpatient meals, guest meals, cafeteria, dietitians, and catering. Registered dietitian duties may be included.

Foundation, Director/Manager

Medical Records Director/Manager
Plans and directs development activities, including analyzing, compiling, coding, indexing and filling permanent medical records. May include tumor registry, utilization review, and transcription.

Medical Staff Manger
Coordinates appointment/credentialing/privileging processes and medical staff committee activities. May include Joint Commission requirements, risk management and quality assurance responsibilities.

Coordinates hospital-wide operations on a specific shift. Promotes and maintains relationships among nursing personnel, medical staff, patients and the public. Resolves unusual or complex hospital-wide problems.

Top Occupational Medicine Coordinator
Oversees the clinical and operational activities of the department of occupational medicine. Works closely with employers to provide comprehensive range of services including drug screens, medical exams, workers compensation, and return to work programs.

TopPatient Care Coordinator
RN who coordinates and participates in 24-hour responsibility for unit operations as a member of the management team. Acts as clinical resource to other members of the patient care team, i.e. clinical supervisor, manager, assistant manager.

Payroll Supervisor
Supervises the payroll for employees including disbursement for special payments. Maintains the benefits payment system and records. Files and reports federal and state tax withholdings according to established policies and procedures. Participates in special projects to research and implement new payroll or processing systems. Manages operations of inpatient and outpatient pharmacies in compliance with state and federal laws. Ensures that medications dispensed are therapeutically optimal in quality. Participates in meetings of the medical staff's pharmacy and therapeutics committee, and implements its decisions.

Physical Therapy Manager/Director

Manages overall daily department functions. Responsible for the direction, leadership and supervision of area staff. Develops policies and procedures and provides support to special projects and committees. Responsible for budget preparation, and monthly report monitoring.
