AssessmentWORKS™ Real Time
AssessmentWORKS™ Real Time is an interactive process that engages the board of trustees in the presentation and learning process. AssessmentWORKS™ Real Time uses OptionWORKS™, our easy-to-use wireless software and hardware "polling" technology to rate governance performance using leadership criteria selected by the hospital. Using wireless keypads, trustees rate the board's performance and discuss the results "real time." While the information is fresh, the moderator also leads a discussion of potential governance improvements that may be initiated. The results of the real time self-assessment are then provided to the hospital.
